Once you are done with all such procedures move ahead with the booking procedure but be wise before moving ahead with bookings and check our booking guidelines so that you don’t need to face any further discrepancy in the future. Also, we are not liable to refund you the amount if you don’t follow the guidelines and make mistakes in the booking.

Step by Step Booking Procedure

How to re-print your ticket or to check the booking status?

We believe in a smooth process and the same happens with the booking criteria. All you need to do is just to remember your log-in ID and password so that whenever you need to check your booking status you get all the things handy.

Step 1: Click the icon with Booking Menu option and if you want to re-print your ticket then click on the icon showing Booking History.

Step 2: If you want to check the booking status of your tour then just put your PNR number which is provided to you at the same time of booking.

Cancellation Policy :

If in case you want to cancel your tickets then check your login ID and password which you register while booking your tickets. The moment you log-in your ID you find the Cancelation Menu popping out on your screen and then enter the details there followed by a click on cancel booking icon.

Note: You must remember your login ID and password as you require it for every single step.

Documents you need to carry Along :

Just carry a valid ID proof and a print out of your ticket.

Refund Policy :

The policy varies according to the journey you are covering and there are certain other parameters. Also, the refunding process is little time taking and it may take near around one month for you to receive the refunded amount.

Weight Policy :

All our clients are requested to follow the weight criteria seriously which is to carry only 5 kg. of weight not more than that.
